from reading your post, it sure sounds like it.
why not try selling it on e-bay and make some $$...?...
actually, and no, i'm not trying to sell others
on the mask that i use, but i've had my mask
since i got certified and never needed to replace
it. the 'oceanmaster' mask has it's own strap
system that can be tightened in the back and easily
loosened to take it off. again, not a gimmick, but
a feature that actually does perform as advertised.
i've had my face kicked several times and the one
time my mask got completely flooded, the mask itself
'bounced back' and stayed in place.
that would be the only mask strap i would see
worth using.
anyway...
