Frank, here is the formula: the % of gas you want minus 21%, times the fill pressure of the tank, minus the gas % in the tank now, minus 21%, times the pressure in the tank now, all divided by 79%.
So here is someone wanting a 36% mix with a 2640 fill pressure, they have a 600psi/32%mix in the tank now.
.36-.21 X 2640 - .32 -.21 X 600

=417 Of pure O2 to get your mix add clean air on top and you should get within 1% of your target mix.
