I like to put the 02 in first, then let it cool, then top off with He or air.. Furthermore, alot of people get nervous when you have to boost 02, so the theory is that if you already have the 02 in the cylinder, then you've added He and then boost air it minimizes the risk..

I'm not sure I buy into that theory but it can't hurt..
