We are making WAY too much out of which goes in first...
Like I said everyone has there own theory, and there isn't some magic bullet one way or the other. The consensus seems to be 02 first, but there just simply isn't a right or wrong way..
It's like making a gin and tonic.. Most put the gin in first and then top with tonic.. But if you wanted to you could put the tonic in first and then top with gin..
It's six of one and a half of dozen of the other..
