You have two parameters for tank. One is working pressure (WP), second is capacity of UNCOMPRESSED gas that fits into that tank when filled to WP. In other words, AL 80, LP steel 80 and HP steel 80 hold exactly same amount of gas and will last exactly same time under water.

Low pressure steel tanks have yokes.
High pressure steel tanks (WP of more than 3300 PSI) have always DIN. Yokes are no good for high pressures.

Advantage of LP steel over HP steel is price and generally more places you can get a decent fill (not everyone pumps 5000 psi).

Advantage of HP steel over LP steel is size.
