The best thing I found to keep a housing from fogging
is to get a small hair dryer. Blast a some warm dry
air into it before you seal it. To avoid most problems,
before I go diving, I seal my video housing at home. I have
an extended life battery and I'm good for a mult-day
trip. I never open the housing, until I return. This
insures that my camera stays safe and dry.
