What about a blended membrane system that would allow fills up to 40% for ALL tanks? Aren't those cheaper than partial pressure blending? I'm just guessing but wouldn't the average diver be more inclined to get Nitrox certified if he/she didn't have to face the additional expense of dedicating tanks and regs?
