Jon, that sound you are hearing is the latest in harmonic de-algenation equipmment. They have installed this in Divers Cove to help reduce algae in this marine preserve. This process react with the algae differently than your typical algicides in that it does not harm other marine plants. Speculation are that we should have 100+ feet of visibility at Divers Cove by October.
