They told Walter that some of the standards he listed were out of date. Walter commented that PADI did not respond to his initial requests for info when he first was doing the comparison. Standards do change though. There is a quarterly bulletin that goes to active Instructors and DM's that list those changes. Walter posted that he is trying to keep his comparisons updated, but it does have some lag.
