A lot of the serious bug divers have a wrapped up 10 foot hose and some are even longer...
Aside from that DIR has some good ideas, but don't the DIR folks even say that the 7 footer is for OE where there might be constriction and for OW I think they suggest just 5 feet?
I've wanted to try a backplate, but hve no idea what to think of the DIR long hose..... except in a cave it would seem sorta mandatory.
