Glen and Jack, are there time standards in PADI S/P for lecture and Pool training (if there are no time standards then you can do it in 80 min.)? Do you think that you get a self-reliant diver in a weekend program? Do you think the that we should start 8 year olds on scuba?
I have been a PADI instructor since 1975 my Instructor number is 6301, I have been active since then an have certified over 6000 students.
Most of those students I have certifed NAUI in protest of PADI S/P,s (and I sleep very well at night).
