Sharks attacking a surfer's feet dangling from the board could be mistaken identity for an attack on a turtle or Sea Lion which is normal behavior for sharks. How this could be connected to scuba divers feeding them in 50' of water is stretching it, IMO. I'll bet it isn't even the same species of shark that gets fed and the ones that attacked.
