You know how much I hate splitting hairs so let me put this into proper perspective, because I think we are on the same page..
I 100% agree that a DM should know about various types of equipment, I'm not disputing that. But what Marta seemed to be saying is that a DM candidate is getting training on how to sell such gear.. And in my view that is unnecessary and speaks directly to the PADI sell out...
