The French were using a tri mix blend of hydrogen, helium and oxygen on deep research dives. My thought was with hydrogen being similar in atomic structure to helium why not use it at less extreme depths. You get rid of the N2 altogether and hydrogen is cheap. Just a thought while i wait for the weekend to come. I've got a 32' cabin cruiser to find in a trench!
