well, Mike about covered the diving parts better than I could have but....
I still have to say that I am amazed at the diversity of quality diving in CA waters. I'm a relative newbie to CA and I have dove some very good dive sites before I came to be out here. However each time I get out the water from a CA dive I am blown away at what I just saw. We made about 10 dives on this trip and for some the boat did not even pick up anchor, but each dive was completely different. It was great.
For those of you who have made many dives in CA, you know and will agree that this is a very special place.
There were many highlights for me but the pair of giant sea bass was the best. A truely unique encounter.
