then please attend the public hearings scheduled and let everyone know that you want explicit language in the proposed regulation allowing non-extractive activities such as scuba and freediving allowed in these areas. Unless of course, your real agenda is to stop the MPLAs all together so you can continue to kill with as little regulation as possible.
