Different rigs for different jobs, Mike. I've switched to a Halcyon Pioneer 27 bp and wing precisely to allow room for my necessary front "clutter", i.e., knife, rock pick, tool bag, and light. But then my "job" is wreck penetration and artifact removal, not roaming reefs for game. I realize we're becoming an endangered species for what I/we (CWD) do for our diving enjoyment. No, it sure ain't DIR but it works for me beautifully. Very efficient with minimum drag.
