i rehab old income properties and houses and for a while there, i was hoping to add a few toilets to Porclean Reef off of PV, and some big chunks of concrete with rebar etc to a sandy spot off of PV or Redondo, but my back was tired enough and my buddy had just sold his little boat (like it was even up to the task, so that idea was nixed.
One caveat tho, making one's own little private reef is seriously against Coastal Commission regs /w/out a proper bureaucratic paper chase.
and i really hated to see all that nice rubble just add to the landfill problems...what a waste.
