yeah, i've read this technique before and that's
what i intend to do, God willing, but if i'm
spending too much time as a rookie trying to
get the meat out (or always missing the
opportunity to stick my knife into the open
shell), i may just end up taking
a couple of shells. no big deal, it will be
my first time, i'm not expecting to be super
good at this. i'll be happy if i bring one up--
with or without the shell.
