If this is true since "94" why the perpetuations of "hands only" for bugs. In other words, we can use nets, tickle sticks, robotic arms when hunting bugs?
Also, on those preserve quads, where would we find these posted, in the regs, in Laguna/Dana Point i.e, on the beach, when we get our permits?
