I have a 19 foot boat that i have taken to cat a few times and it ahs worked well.I go in the mornings as it is a little smooter.(from lb or danapt)Coming back is definitely easier as i can avg 30-35 mph. but only 15-25 on the way out.The sea ray is a good boat.make sure you have good gas capacity though.at least 40 gal.min and that is straight there and back.
