I done the hoop net thing for bugs a couple of
times. The best overall catch was at San Clemente
Isle. It brought the most bugs, but of the 11 in
the hoop, only one was legal.
However, on the front of SBI, one ring net "netted"
4 legal bugs of the 5 caught.
Just because you are netting for bugs, doesn't mean
you will automatically catch some. Like dropping
driver on the good spots, you have to know where.
Fish heads, fish head, pretty-pretty fish heads.
WSB seem to do the best.
