6. Low maintenance cost.
My pick based on above was ScubaPro MK20/G250. They are long on a market, never heard a bad word about them. Everybody is happy with how they perform, how simple the construction is. Same construction, but different brand is Apeks TX-50 and TX-100. You can buy either of those pretty cheap used if you want. They are very commonly used.
