This comes up often. I live in the upper desert, and make the drive up and over the grapevine after almost every dive trip. I do not get into deco diving, deep diving or mix gas diving. I've read others doing the same as I do, and no ones had any problems, with the caveat of YET. I know I alway have 3-5 hour at least between my last dive, and when I start up the pass, and this may also help to keep me bubble free.
