If your diving is such that it does not create 'larger' asymptomatic bubbles, then its a moot point. Deep stops and careful accents control the production/creation of these. Take a look at the gas you are using as well air vs nitrox vs trimix....what gas onload faster (consequently offload faster). If you are a 'sssssslooooooooow' riser then go diving in the morning and skiing in the afternoon.
