OK, that post actually got me off my duff (and I had to run screaming from the building).
I went down to one of the specialty distributors and grabbed a couple of stainless cotter pins. The work great. Thanks for the offer though, it just took a bit of looking on my part. And the best part, they were only $.09 a piece.
