This weekend's fatality/injury at Farnsworth

The limited information that I have received indicated that they were a two man buddy pair and that one of the diver's ran OOA and they ascended while buddy breathing.. I'm advised that APPARANTELY they seperated during ascent with the OOA diver sinking and the donating diver surfacing unconscious...

Can anyone provide details or confirm these events????
