if the drysuit floods it DOES reduce bouyancy!! the underwear has air pockets as does the suit and at any pressure these will be eliminated (more so at depth!)
Is that an Aluminum BP you are diving? If not maybe just that will allow you to have some ditchable weight in ACB pockets (small, 4 to 6 lbs) that will get you to be positive if needed without that horrible 30# belt!.
