sight = right.

lift = left.

also buddy line with 2 clips in same pocket as lift bag (or in drysuit cargo pocket) for really bad vis or for novice divers to hook onto if they cant/wont keep up, and underwater writing slate in its own pouch or hooked on externally for conversations at depth: look at the pretty rocky reef. see the pretty fish go by. are you having fun yet?

backup light has its own small protective pouch and clips onto the left side. [light to left].

cant think of anything else you would need for strictly recreational diving.

tech is a totally different story of course. then it depends on the team leader.
