By pointing his head toward the surface and kicking up. I hope you guys are'nt suggesting that the way to ascend is by blowing up the water wings. Granted, ditching weights will only really get you going once you hit 30fsw or so, but by all means, get rid of the suckers asap.
What am I missing here? Absolutely no one I know ascends by putting air into the bladder. Thats crazy.
