As noted, there are a number of schematics for this interface on the web, and Suunto gives the Dive Manager software away for free at its web site.
After browsing various of the plans, I opted to build Roli Wasmer's schematic at

It's a relatively simply circuit using transistors rather than ICs. It's been working great for me (I don't know that I'd recommend it as a first project if you haven't built electronic kits before, though. Although the Suunto electronics are relatively tolerant of mild mixups like reversing the polarity of the contact leads, you wouldn't want to fry that nice dive computer if things got really screwed up).
Altogether the interface cost less than $10 in parts.
