As for the drysuit, I just don't see how a zip doing a triple bend like that can stay waterproof for long. I liked how the simple , proven design, a shoulder zip, is an "option"

I still don't see the reasoning for the VR3. My computer is a creaking Dell laptop with GAP and Decoplanner on it. My cost was 300 for the used laptop and 90 for decoplanner. I think the VR3 starts at 1200.

Thanks for the welcome. I like d-link but at times it reminds me of a Perry Como impersonators convention. I quit rec scuba and techdiver after following an RE. post for 150-odd entries and it filled up my mailbox.

I've not done any divng on the California coast. Perhaps after Scapa Flow and Tech 1.
