I posted this already... It was a three man team, however #3 didn't really bring much to the table...

The victim had a regulator failure and signalled to the donor for gas. He provided his *octo*, this happened at ~120', they began a free ascent and made it to 50', and then they both plumetted to 140' and then the donor recalls hitting his inflator and that's the last thing he remembers.. He made it to the surface unconscious and from what I'm told the crew did a great job of rendering asistance ASAP.. He was froathing at the mouth when they got him into the zodiac, they preformed CPR and revived him. He was treated at Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber and WALKED out under his own power...

I haven't heard why the third memember of the team was MIA during most of this event...
