There is a Best Western Hotel called Sunrise Hotel about 2 minutes from the dock on Harbor near 7th street. About 8 minutes from the boat is a Holiday Inn at Gaffey and 1st street. There's also a Travel Lodge in the area, but... stick t the Best Western or Holiday Inn. There are more expensive Hotels like the Hilton and the Raddisson, but they do cost more.
The nearest shop that pumps NITROX would be Pacific Wilderness. Get them your requests about a week before you arrive. If you talk to them nice, they might even deliver the gas to the boat. and pick up the tanks after the trip.
