Diving is not a normal activity. I would wait longer than 1 day.
by giving blood you cell count and volume has changed. If you drink lots of liquids
you may bring your volume back to normal, but your gas carrying capacity of your blood still isn't
normal.. Your body's ability to deal with gas saturation has changed..
