Last weekend when we dove San Clemente we penetrated all weekend long, without mix or bags. In fact, we usually penetrate wrecks without mix or bags. Never overcomplicate your dives with unnecessary gear or gas. Take what you need, and leave what you don't, and always breath best mix.
