Chris,

The fitting of the harness is one of most important parts that often times doesn't get appreciated. A properly fitted harness makes all the difference in the world and is worth the extra hassle in the beginning..

You want the shoulder straps loose enough that you should be able to remove the harness by slipping your thumbs under the harness or in the d-rings and you should be able to remove it absent constraints..Furthermore you'll want the d-rings high enough that you can reach them easily but not so low that precludes you from crossing your arms.. The crotch strap should be tight enough to secure the rig but nit so tight that you'll be singing opera ;-)..

If your in the Beverly Hills area you can feel free to stop by my house and I'll help you fit it properly..

Let me know if you have any added questions..

Later
