...a little bit, at least. The water temp was about 63 degrees, the visibility was about 3' down to 6" at times, the skies were overcast, and the surf was not a problem. I followed the DM's instructions and stayed 100' from the pier. I found only one can, and my buddy scored a plastic bag. Other divers ignored instructions and got all the goodies. Some guy pulled out a whole rod and reel. Some had their free collection bags stuffed full. Some people found cash money. I guess next year we'll dive closer to the pier.
I felt good for the first for the first time this week.
