What is required by DFG to collect ABS (not that I will, I'm just wondering. Fishing lisence? What card is needed, and where do you get them?
Prior to this bbs, the only mention of AB diving I've seen was an article on poaching in the L.A. Times. It did mention that rings of poachers supply abs to sushi and seafood restraunts.
