Chris' point was to counter MHK's focus on several aspects of the victim's gear having to do with his accidental death with the fact that this diver was inexperienced and that it was this fact that explains why he did not survive diving farnsworth. MHK's description of the situation was biased in my opinion because MHK believes much of the gear used by the victim was not safe.
I can't understand how the captain of the dive boat let him dive there in the first place.
