it is not adjustable for those that want to and it breathes a bit wet. Advantages are it can be used left or right and I know of no 2nd stage that breathes so easy and so much volume even at depth. I am a "gaspig" and I cannot even come close to overbreathing it.
Now let it be known that I am not saying it is better than the rest, I AM saying I like it and it works well.
