I had my cuff rings removed and permanent wrist seals installed by DUI. For dry gloves, I now use Sci-Tek gloves, which have a ring system that uses your existing wrist seals. The dry gloves then attach to the rings using an O-ring setup. The advantage is that if the gloves leak, the water does not enter your suit, and the gloves, although wet will continue to provide thermal protection.
With a little practice, they install in a couple of minutes, and they are easy to remove. I only use them in really cold water, since all dry gloves are bulky, so it is important to me that they be removable.
With the DUI system, if you puncture the glove, your suit floods..end of dive end of story.
I bought mine from Andrew at Fifth Dimension. I think I saw an ad for them in the latest Immersed.
They are by far the best solution.
