I've never used the 2 parts assembled together, but I have a lot of hours on the 1st & 2nd stages as parts of other assemblies.
The Abyss Explorer is made up from components from 2 different manufacturers: Poseidon makes the 1st stages (slightly modified for Abyss), and DSI makes the 2nd.
Diving Systems International is noted for their diving helmets; the Superlite is considered to be the world standard hat that all other hats are compared to. It uses the same second stage as the Abyss Explorer series.
