The water seems cold this year, so the bugs may be up shallow
at the start of season. Hoop netting is not too good except at
night. Best place for that is a breakwall.
Tell ya what. Get you some snorkel gear, wait until dark and
go out an hour after dark... Grab. It may take some practice,
but it's really fun.
