so then a diver with 5000 open water dives to 30 ft is much more prepared to do cave, deep wreck, or even Farnsworth (take your pick) than a diver with 1/10 the number of dives but holding wreck, cave, and mix certs?
It is the combination of schooling (learning) and experience that makes people (divers) solid. Some info can be learned on the internet/instructor but some must be obtained through going out and doing it. Personally I think that those that have done it 'wrong' have a better appreciation and 'experience' when 'Doing it Right' however this is an opinion
