Hear, hear Wayne! This guy deserves what's coming to him, I hope they give him the maxiumu penalty. I hunt legally and it's tuff sometimes to come up with one bug. Sure I end grabbing a dozen or more just about every time I hunt, but 90% of those bugs get thrown back to grow into a legal sized dinner for next year. If all of us San Diego divers followed this guys guidelines for bug hunting we'd be eating lobster everyday for months, but then again there wouldn't be any lobster dinners next year. They should drop him off at Casa Cove and let us legal divers spear him and tear his ass off, a tail for a tail I say! It's not just a crime against crustaceans, it's a crime against those of who do it right, he not only took bugs that weren't legal he took their offspring too.
