I used to sell Seaquest products and saw this problem all the time. The other major problem is with the inflator hose, they have a pull dump at the top and the hose is made from some very (being nice) *inexpensive* material and they will crack where the hose connects to the pull dump. I have seen this happen while people were divning and it is not a good thing, we also had many, many problems with the Air Source inflator/regulator which I won't go into.
