I picked up 2 tanks from a guy last year who does not dive. One had a back pack attached to it and I'm sure I tossed it (was going to blame my wife.). After looking at the photos I may have been wrong. You tell me?
The tanks only cost me the hydros and inspection so I can't complain to much.
