on quite a few of the South California boats
your cylinder/s are secured in place, on the boat,
by bungees. This will prevent them from falls,
spills and tumbles. I had mine leaning in place
and had a brain fart. This was at the end of the
day and I had finished removing the regs (you
usually put the bungee aroung the valves)....
