It took me a while to get down to the 8 lbs on the weight belt I'm at now w/ SS BP + Pro4 + 7mm single piece suit (no STA) + -1 neg tank. I might be able to drop one more pound. When I had 16# on my belt, I had the same symptoms this guy had with the 36# wing. When I had 12# on the belt, everything was hunky dory. I was still overweighted though.
He has 25# plus whatever the STA weighs (1-6# depending on model). I'm guessing he eventually manages to drop 8 or more to get to neutral at 15 w/500psi.
